The Role

We're seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team on a casual arrangement for 2 days per week. This role is ideal for a university student keen to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and event coordination. You'll support a range of projects, from event planning and promotion to content creation and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordination of events, conferences, and workshops
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content
  • Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Conduct market and industry research to support projects
  • Assist the team with general administrative and event logistics
  • Assist with onboarding new Channel Partners
  • Assist with Search Engine Optimisation and analystics
  • Research and design of promotional interns

About You

  • Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office suite eg. Outlook, Teams, Excel
  • Willingness to learn other software including Customer Relationship Management System, Word Press etc

Location & Duration

  • Based at our Spring Hill office (free parking onsite)
