We're seeking a passionate and detail-driven Marketing Event Promotion to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing a range of events that elevate our brand and services, and create unforgettable experiences for our audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate and assist in end-to-end event planning from initial concept through to flawless execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and strategic partners
  • Develop compelling event strategies and promotional materials that drive engagement
  • Oversee logistics including venue selection, setup, staffing, and run sheets
  • Execute multi-channel promotion across digital platforms and traditional media
  • Track performance metrics and analyze ROI to inform future event planning
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives across all touch points

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Event Promotion
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with event management platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to rotate across different store locations as needed
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
  • Professional level video production and editing experience required
