We are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to be the face of our contemporary food offering.

We are looking for a 'SPIRITED' hospitality professional who is confident, vibrant and committed to providing GREAT customer service experiences and inspire others to be AWESOME

The Hospitality Supervisor will have a pivotal role to lead the day-to-day operations of the dining precinct by overseeing the customer experience, ensuring service standards and steps of service are met through all guest's interactions at the highest level.

Diggers ideal candidates possess the following skills & experience:

  • A self-motivated, passionate and focused individual
  • Be a positive team leader who leads by example with a positive "can do" attitude and a friendly outgoing personality
  • A high standard of personal presentation and exceptional attention to detail
  • Preferred previous supervisory experience in a large, high volume and fast paced food & beverage operations with a strong hospitality track record
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to focus on continuous improvement & exceeding customers' expectations every time to create loyal fans
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attend to customer needs in a timely manner and remain positive when resolving customer complaints
  • Have full availability & flexibility to work varied rostered shifts that include day, night, weekend & Public Holiday shifts
  • Possess current RSA Competency Card
