At voco Gosford, modern elegance meets warm hospitality in the heart of the Central Coast. Discover our 130-room hotel, featuring six vibrant and exciting hospitality venues; including a modern Australian pub, chic rooftop bar, signature restaurant, swim up pool bar, and two levels of conference and event space including a rooftop grand ballroom overlooking the stunning Brisbane Waters. At voco Gosford, we'll cater to both business and leisure guests, as well as provide a swanky new destination for locals to meet.

We are on the hunt for experienced, passionate, motivated and skilled Food & Beverage team members that are confident and willing to deliver unforgettable guest experiences through a warm, inviting, thoughtful and seamless service that showcases a precinct that is set to be the changing face of the Central Coast

We have opportunities across all six of our NEW food and beverage operations within the hotel, with the opportunity for cross skilling, upskilling and training & development. With each outlet being uniquely different, we can ensure that no day will be the same So, if you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and can demonstrate your strong work ethic, and passion for hospitality, where you are not afraid to get your hands dirty, we want to hear from you

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Work across our restaurant, bar, room service and events spaces, delivering wonderful experiences to our guests

• Striving to make every meal truly memorable for our guests by serving up high standards with our signature flare

• Keeping the bar well stocked and making sure it's always a clean and safe place to work

• Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties when the team needs you

• Minimising waste and keeping your supervisor in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents

• Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly

What we need from you:

• Can do positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new things

• Team player with a service mindset

• Previous experience essential

• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 20 kg which can also involve bending and kneeling

• Hold or willing to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (NSW)

• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol

• Great communication – you'll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
