What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily shift operations and lead a team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Train and support team members on procedures and best practices
  • Handle cash and reconcile tills accurately at the end of each shift
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with management for supply needs
  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer concerns or service issues

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a fast food or quick-service supervisory role is highly desired
  • Must be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and public holidays (24/7 availability required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team by example
  • A can-do attitude and commitment to great customer service
