This is a great opportunity for two experienced recruiters to inherit a substantial customer base working a dual desk across all Sales or Marketing Roles. You'll report to a hands-on Director who operates exclusively within the Executive space, passing on all roles and relationships outside his remit. Expect a steady flow of live roles from day one. 1.

There is a good spread of clients across Financial Services and C&I including Macquarie Bank, ASX, Ampol, Qantas and Woolies. Opportunity to scale out existing PSA clients + build out your own business. A key requirement of this role is to avoid new BD and purely focus on growing/expanding house/existing accounts.

What are we looking for? 

  • An experienced recruiter (3+ years) coming from a strong agency recruitment background. Open to sector change however experience in sales or marketing recruitment is preferred
  • A track record of navigating and growing accounts - both existing relationships and new client contacts
  • Ethical, value driven recruiter with a strong morale compass
  • Can work well in a high performing, collaborative team
  • Have the drive and attitude to be a high performer
  • Good mix of IQ / EQ
