Member Services Team (Administrator & Reception Staff)

Infinity Gym Sports & Health is seeking reception staff (Monday - Thursday afternoon 3pm-6pm & Saturdays 8am - 1pm) to carry out administrative duties and organise everyday office tasks. We are looking for someone who can be present in the afternoon/evenings during the week, and Saturday mornings during school terms.

Infinity is excited to be launching at our new location in North Rocks. Operating from our purpose-built, dedicated gymnastics facility, we provide a high quality, continuous pathway for the local community to develop a healthy lifestyle from a young age into adulthood though Gym Sports and Health Services.

Our team has extensive involvement in gymnastics, fitness and allied health services. Utilising decades worth of experience, we deliver a unique and personalised experience to our community.

The Member Services team involves encouraging and preserving a welcoming and efficient environment. You will be responsible for maintaining day to day office tasks & communication.

REQUIRED:

  • High level organisational skills and the ability to build effective relationships, self-manage time and work flexibly to achieve outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and friendly outgoing nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness & availability to work our core business hours (Weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Gymnastics experience preferred but not essential

DESIRABLE:

  • Accreditation with Gymnastics Australia
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems
  • Two or more years of experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily oversight of the business operations. Answer and direct all incoming enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service & help to create and maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Work effectively with customers and staff to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Support and fully participate in the culture of the organisation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager and Director.
  • Proactively update and maintain our customer database.
  • Assist with planning, organising, and implementing programming throughout the year, including classes, teams, holiday programs and special events, while staying within budget.
  • Process payments.
  • Submit and process transfers, refunds, purchase orders.
  • Prepare handouts and keep reception information up to date. Keep track of customer and staff information, including forms and incident reports.
  • Keep track of inventory, including office equipment, first aid supplies, program supplies, and apparel sales.
  • Assist coaches as required.
  • Participate in training sessions and attend mandatory meetings as scheduled.
  • Work closely and in partnership with the Manager, Director and core team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented. Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple projects at the same time and with initiative.
  • Ability to assist in planning events & activities.
  • Be consistent and reliable in arrival and attendance to assure the proper operation of the facility.
  • Must be able to be flexible with work schedule in order to participate in special programs, staff meetings and other core business.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position.

GYMNASTICS COACH/ES

Infinity Gym Sports & Health is seeking a passionate, engaged & committed staff to coach within our growing Gymnastics program in 2025 in our brand new location.

Infinity was most recently named the 2025 NSW WAG State Club Champions

Infinity continues to excel in providing pathways from Recreational to Competitive Gymnastics. We are looking to grow our coaching family with dynamic and energetic team members that are passionate about their athletes' development as well as their own professional development.

A coaching team role involves creating and continuing to provide an environment that is positive, safe and fun. You will be responsible for implementing and delivering programs within your area of expertise within our Competitive Gymnastics program.

REQUIRED:

  • High level organisational skills and the ability to build effective relationships
  • The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and friendly outgoing nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness & availability to work our core business hours, including Saturdays
  • Working with Children Check
  • Intermediate / Advanced or Advanced Silver coaching credentials
  • Current First Aid Certificate
