We're looking for an
experienced

tech

savvy
Project
Manager
to join our team in the entertainment and media space. This role involves overseeing and coordinating multiple projects across a dynamic, fast-paced environment — from creative campaigns and production schedules to digital initiatives and system implementations.

You'll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring smooth delivery across all areas of the business. A strong understanding of technology platforms, digital tools, and IT systems is a must for this role.

Weekend work may occasionally be required to support the CEO, production schedules, or project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects between the CEO and their roster of talent, collaborators, and partners.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all projects align with strategic business objectives and brand standards.
  • Anticipate risks or blockers, and work proactively to find practical, solutions-focused outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Strong technical proficiency across IT systems, platforms, and digital tools (e.g. AI, workflow systems, cloud technologies).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously — from planning and execution through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and drive positive outcomes.
  • A proactive, confident leader who builds collaboration, maintains accountability, and consistently delivers results.
