About the Role
We're on a mission to transform how Australians access and experience nicotine therapy, and we're looking for a strategic, driven Key Account Manager – Online Clinics to lead this change in the digital healthcare space. We are welcoming candidates who are based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Gold Coast.
As part of our Australian expansion, you'll own relationships with telehealth and online clinic partners - building awareness, trust, and adoption of our clinically proven nicotine replacement and next-generation therapies. You'll bring commercial acumen, strategic account management, and a partnership mindset to grow our footprint across digital health platforms and ensure our solutions reach more patients, faster.
This is a pivotal commercial role with a blend of strategy, business development, and relationship management, and an opportunity to help shape what responsible innovation in smoking cessation looks like online.
What You'll Do
- Lead Key Accounts: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with online clinics - both existing and emerging partners.
- Drive Growth: Implement strategic sales plans to grow revenue and category share within the digital health channel.
- Expand Partnerships: Identify and secure new business opportunities with high-potential online healthcare providers.
- Negotiate & Deliver: Execute commercial agreements, pricing discussions, and promotional partnerships that drive mutual value.
- Monitor & Adapt: Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform agile business decisions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
- Champion Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with industry regulations and company standards.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or digital health sales, ideally within online or telehealth environments.
- A proven record of building and scaling B2B partnerships that drive commercial results.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to turn insights into growth strategies.
- High ownership mindset - self-starter, adaptable, and outcomes-driven.
- A genuine passion for health innovation and improving patient outcomes.
