We are expanding our team and would love you to join us

You will play a key part in providing administrative and compliance support to ensure the smooth operation of Qualify's registered training organisation and employment services. The position plays a key role in supporting quality training delivery, reporting, and efficient program operations.

About the role:

  • Manage participant files, including registrations, pre-training assessments, enrolments, eligibility checks, document collection, and accurate data entry.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date program records including attendance, assessments, blended learning records, placements and evidence of outcomes.
  • Conduct participant support follow up with participants to monitor progress and facilitate referrals to support services as needed.
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
  • Provide administrative and compliance support to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Coordinate the secure issuing, storage, and tracking of participant assessments and data.
  • Update, monitor and maintain accurate records in systems, including the student management system, SharePoint, and external databases (e.g., DEWR SEE System) ensuring full compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an RTO or employment services environment
  • Qualification in business, administration or similar (preferred)
