CRL Express is a proudly family-owned logistics company, specialising in Road Freight, 3PL (Warehousing & Distribution), National Linehaul, Rail Freight, Air Freight, and Contract Logistics across Australia.

We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our growing team in Loganlea. This is a permanent, full-time position on the AM shift (8:00am – 4:06pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Transport team
  • Accurately input and maintain data across systems and reports
  • Check, reconcile, and file transport paperwork
  • Assist customers with queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle general office duties including phones, filing, and data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and uphold company standards
  • Assist in other areas of the business when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in transport or warehousing (preferred)
  • Familiarity with TMS software (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing workloads
