About the role
Are you an experienced dispatcher with exceptional customer service and administrative skills? We're seeking a Dispatcher/Admin to join our growing team at in Laverton, Victoria. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for coordinating bookings, managing customer inquiries, and providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Booking in and Dispatching Concrete Pumping jobs to ensure timely and efficient service
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar customer-facing administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Proficient in using dispatch software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity within the Construction & Building industry
