What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage bookings, phone calls, and enquiries
  • Learn and use dental software & admin workflows
  • Support smooth day-to-day front desk operations
  • Assist with billing, reporting, and admin tasks
  • Contribute to process improvements & staff support
  • Grow toward leadership opportunities such as Assistant Manager

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in admin, reception, or customer service (dental experience a plus but not essential)
  • Friendly, organised, and eager to grow in the dental field
  • A great communicator with a warm, professional personality
  • Confident handling a busy front desk with initiative and teamwork
  • Interested in long-term career development

Must be available to work across Blacktown & Toongabbie
