About the role

Windsor Auto Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor with exceptional customer service skills that's looking to take the next step in their career.

You must have previous dealership experience, with a proven track record of achieving KPI'S and working well in a team environment. You will need to possess a strong work ethic, which is essential for this position.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting and managing daily customer relations with the dealership service department.

This includes the following:

  • Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
  • Up-selling additional service work
  • Ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Build relationships with customers.
  • Delivery of quality customer service
  • Assisting in running a team of service advisors

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

  • Previous experience within a Service Advisor role .
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operate with a high level of Integrity.
  • A high level of personal commitment to success in service
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • A team player working within a team environment.
  • Sound administrative skills and computer skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
