We have an amazing opportunity for a Pre-Owned Sales Professional to join our sales team at Knox Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi Motors consistently ranks among the top 5 automotive brands in Australia and proudly celebrates 45 years of serving the Australian automotive market.

Who are we looking for?

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, providing product knowledge, arranging test drives, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to excellent customer service are key to success. The successful candidate will be a result's driven professional, who has an exceptional work ethic and a strong customer focus.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

· Highly self-motivated and financially driven.

· The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous sales roles.

· Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and

phone environment.

· Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.

· Strong sales and negotiation skills.

· The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.

· Confident computer skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Contact and follow up of all enquiries / leads, along with deal negotiation

· Champion our sales process (Road to a Sale).

· Achieving targets and KPI's set.

· Establishing internal and external prospecting activities.

· Assisting with stock management & yard preparation.

· Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all our

customers.

· Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

· Ensure our Customer Satisfaction Results remain the best in Australia.
