About the role

Guidance Partners is looking for an experienced and dedicated Client Services Assistant to join our team in Windsor, NSW. As a full-time role, this position will provide vital administrative and client support to our growing business. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and helping to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to client-facing teams, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials
  • Handling incoming inquiries from clients and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining and organising electronic and physical client files and records
  • Supporting the coordination of client events and meetings
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or client services professional, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with a strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service
