About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Residential Division. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this onsite role is based out of our Ingleburn site.

What You'll Do:

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

Make a difference:
Lead and coordinate warehouse operations from receiving to despatch, ensuring service levels, safety, and productivity targets are met.

Innovate and solve problems:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements aligned with ITW Guiding Principles.

Collaborate:
Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while promoting a positive team culture.

Continuous Improvement:
Support the development of SOPs and implement cost-saving strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior warehouse role and 3 years' supervisory experience
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a customer service mindset
• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritise effectively, and drive safety and performance
