We at Q-bital deliver clinical infrastructure and knowledge with the speed you need to extend capacity, control the clinical pathway, and provide uninterrupted patient-focused care. We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Coordinator to join our team based at our office and warehouse in Northgate, QLD.

In this role, you will be responsible for activities across project delivery including installation, commissioning of units, spare parts procurement and control, contractor management, logistics and maintenance. This position requires flexibility, with periods of travel across Australia and potentially to neighbouring countries. Travel may include overnight stays and time away from home.

Key responsibilities:


• Collect, deliver and set up units


• Induct contractors at customer sites once units are installed


• Oversee contractor management in the warehouse and on site


• Prepare purchase and work orders and reconcile invoices


• Assist with preparation of required documentation


• Oversee build and refurbishment programmes of new and returned units


• Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance coordination


• Attend customer sites to carry out small repairs where necessary


• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone and in person


• Ensure obligations against quality and safety standards are met


• Safely operate power tools and hand tools

Key skills and attributes:


• Hands-on with practical technical skills


• Experience in deploying, refurbishing, commissioning, and maintaining equipment


• Flexible and adaptable; able to work independently


• Strong customer service skills and experience providing technical advice


• Well organised with attention to detail


• IT literate with basic Microsoft 365 skills


• Knowledge of workplace health and safety, including safe tool use


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Willingness to travel for deployments, maintenance, and repairs


• CAD experience desirable but not essential
