We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support professional to join our family-owned and operated growing business at our Northgate (QLD) location.

The role will be provide technical support to both internal and external customers for products such as Dahua, Dell, Hanwha, Hikvision and many more.

This is a full-time, on-site role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves helping people solve tech problems.

About the role.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve support queries.
  • Answer incoming support requests via phone, email or ticketing system
  • Provide remote and onsite support to our client
  • Assist the sales team with designing and delivering projects as required
  • Assist the support team with building and pre-staging systems
  • Communicate issues and escalate to third-party support or senior staff when necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every step through the process.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally you would have a good understand of Dahua, Hanwha, Hikvision, Uniview, Axis or similar CCTV products.
  • Knowledge of common IT systems, remote support tools, and ticketing platforms is a bonus
