The Mission: Logistics for Mission-Critical Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team in Northgate. This pivotal role is responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of high-value technology assets and service parts—ensuring our national field technicians, service partners and major clients have the right equipment at the right time to delivery critical rectification by way of rectification and installation on new equipment when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Logistics Coordination: Manage the end-to-end logistics for the dispatch and receipt of sensitive IT equipment (servers, networking gear, devices, spare parts) to local field engineers and service partners. Unloading, receipting, scanning, sorting & verification of deliveries from suppliers, OEMs, Service Partners and interstate AWA warehouses.

  • Inventory & Reverse Logistics: Oversee local inventory within our Northgate facility, manage warranty returns (reverse logistics), and coordinate the secure disposal or refresh of technology assets. Picking, packaging, manifest creation and dispatch or return of inventory to suppliers, Service Partners, OEMs and interstate AWA warehouses.

  • Carrier & Freight Management: Liaise with specialty and standard carriers to negotiate urgent/critical freight, track shipments in real-time, and ensure all transport is compliant with security and handling requirements.

  • System Integrity: Utilise our ERP and logistics software to maintain 100% data accuracy on stock levels, repair tracking, and shipment documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary logistics liaison for internal Field Services Managers, external suppliers, and major clients, providing clear, proactive updates on delivery timelines.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Coordination role, with exposure to high-value goods, electronics, or technical spare parts being highly regarded.

·       Forklift Licence (essential)

  • Exceptional organisational skills and an unwavering attention to detail—accuracy in documentation is paramount.
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles and logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Products (eg, routers, switches, PC's)
  • Strong communication skills, capable of resolving complex scheduling or delivery issues under pressure.
  • A solution-oriented approach and a commitment to operational excellence.
