The gig

The Performance Creative Lead is responsible for creating high-impact video content that drives results. You'll lead the charge in producing thumb-stopping edits and storytelling content that not only elevates the LSKD brand but also fuels paid advertising, revenue growth, and digital performance.

This role blends creativity with conversion — combining the energy of our community and athletes with platform-specific edits designed to drive performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. You'll work alongside the content and marketing teams to shape campaigns that inspire our community to be 1% Better Every Day — and deliver results while doing it

Our story

LSKD is an Australian-owned and operated brand with our HQ in Loganholme, that prides itself in producing high-quality functional sportswear with a street aesthetic. Ever since our formation we've never been content settling for the norm; we're constantly evolving and challenging the status quo, inspired by the restless few who influence style, shape the future and strive to be 1% better everyday

My responsibilities

Lead video production with a performance mindset — Responsible for developing ads and content formats optimized for Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Shorts, and other paid channels.

Concept, shoot, and edit performance-driven content that aligns with campaign goals, product drops, and brand pillars — always with an eye on revenue, engagement, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Produce cut-downs, hooks, and variations of content for A/B testing and platform optimization.

Collaborate closely with the Digital / Marketing Team to analyze what's working and quickly pivot with new creative iterations.

Maintain strong storytelling — but understand when performance trumps polish.

Review data and insights regularly to tweak creatives and contribute to the creative testing roadmap.

Establish success benchmarks for creative, such as CTR, hook rate, and CPM, alongside traditional content metrics like views and shares.

Still lead high-quality storytelling and campaign videos, but with a strong bias toward performance across the funnel.

Responsible for the end-to-end production process for visual content projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution and resource allocation

Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Develop and execute video content that links back to LSKD IMM Calendar, Mission, Values and company goals.

Collaborate with other LSKD teams to align content initiatives with product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand activations.

Collaborate with the Creative Direction to understand insights of our muse and brand direction to influence campaigns and projects delivered

Collaborate on content creation, co-marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and credibility.

Prepare for approval budgets and spend for projects and campaigns launches

Provide creative leadership and direction to the content team, inspiring and empowering them to push creative boundaries and deliver best-in-class content experiences.

Deliver feedback effectively on project output

Collaborate, innovate, and continuous learning within the content team, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new ideas and formats.

Lead by example in producing high-quality content across various mediums, including video, photography, written articles, and interactive experiences.

Collaborate with social media and community management teams to amplify content reach, drive conversation, and cultivate brand advocates

Analyze data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, adjusting content strategies and tactics as needed to achieve business objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and excellence.

So what do you need to get the gig? Turn this application upside down; blow it out of the water and show us why you want to be part of the fastest growing brand.
