Vocational Trainer – Dance, Arts

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated trainers to deliver nationally recognised training and assessment in the dance, arts, and performance industries. You will be working with motivated students and industry partners to support skill development, performance outcomes, and career pathways in the creative sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess vocational education qualifications in dance, arts, and performance.
• Support students through engaging, high-quality training and constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ASQA standards, training packages, and ATOD policies.
• Maintain accurate records of training and assessment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery and student outcomes.

About You

We are seeking professionals who bring both passion and expertise to their teaching. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Relevant qualifications and industry experience in dance, arts, or performance.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• The ability to work independently, with professionalism and flexibility.
• Commitment to supporting learners to achieve their best.
