Our Story
Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations is the national leader in the insurance investigation industry with over 35 years experience and numerous long-standing clients.
We are looking to grow our talented and hardworking Victorian Surveillance Team. We have opportunities for new Surveillance Investigators who are looking for a great team to mentor them and develop their skills, and established Insurance Investigators with a passion for Surveillance.
Your Opportunity
Are you a Licenced Surveillance Investigator in Victoria?
Do you have a passion for Surveillance, or think you have what it takes to be a great Surveillance Investigator within the Insurance Industry?
You will be performing a range of investigative tasks including:
- Conducting covert surveillance
- Capturing video footage
- Compiling field notes
- Uploading video to our easy-to-use case management system
You will receive formal training in covert surveillance techniques; hone your observation skills and learn the correct method of documenting observations. You will be mentored by experienced and skilled Surveillance Investigators. The Allied Universal Case Management team will support you all the way.
What will set you apart from the rest?
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current Victoria investigator license – or licence application pending
- Current driver license
- Satisfactory criminal history
- Ability to competently operate your video and computer equipment
- Computer literacy – Word, Email, Internet, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good typing skills – at least 40 words per minute
- A suitable vehicle
- Availability to work at least some weekends
