Asset Protection Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Asset Protection Manager to safeguard the companys physical and intellectual assets, reduce shrinkage, and ensure compliance with internal security policies. This role requires strong leadership, investigative skills, and the ability to implement effective loss prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement asset protection and loss prevention programs to reduce shrinkage and theft
Conduct internal investigations related to theft, fraud, or policy violations
Supervise and train staff on security protocols, safety procedures, and risk management
Monitor surveillance systems and alarm reports to detect and respond to suspicious activity
Partner with law enforcement and external security agencies when needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to eliminate vulnerabilities
Prepare reports on security incidents, loss trends, and prevention strategies
Support inventory audits and help identify areas of operational risk
Foster a culture of safety and accountability across departments
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or security management
Strong knowledge of investigation techniques, security systems, and theft prevention methods
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in using CCTV, access control systems, and incident reporting tools
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
