Surveillance Manager

About the role
As part of a dynamic and results-driven team you will be the eyes and ears for the ongoing risk-based surveillance of site investigations on a program of construction and maintenance works for our Southern Program Alliance (SPA).
**You will be responsible for**:
- Implementation of quality planning, assurance and control practices.
- Develop positive working relationships with the Alliance, project team and other key stakeholders.
- Compliance risk assessments.
- Participate in completions activities.
- Support the implementation of quality related continuous improvements throughout the program.
As part of the Systems and Controls department, the role's official title is Surveillance Manager, as per the Position Description.
About you
You will have a strong sense of purpose in helping the project deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel.
You will have demonstrated surveillance expertise acquired in large and complex rail and/or road construction project, with a proven track record in quality planning, assurance and control practices. Your strong ability to problem-solve and use relevant information and technology systems to support your investigations, gives you the cutting edge and will ensure your success in this career defining opportunity.
- Demonstrated experience performing surveillance activities in a variety of delivery models.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure you meet strict deadlines whilst juggling multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently in high pressure environments.
- Efficient communication skills are essential to the role as you will need to collaborate and build rapport with external partners.
- Significant experience in buildings and/or stations construction
