Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Mortgage Broker located in Southport, QLD. The role involves assisting clients with mortgage applications, providing advice on debt consolidation, assessing clients' financial status, and coordinating with lenders. You will also be responsible for managing clients' documentation, offering tailored mortgage solutions, and ensuring smooth processing of mortgage transactions. You will be leading the way for the next phase of growth in our gold coast office.

Qualifications

  • Experience and certification as a Mortgage Broker
  • Skills in Debt Consolidation and Mortgage Marketing
  • Experience in Brokerage and Finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the current mortgage market and regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
