The role
The purpose of this role is to support Connective brokers and the Connective Lending White Label field team with all things Connective Lending.
Responsibilities include:
• Handling all incoming enquiries ensuring any issues or complaints are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
• Providing prompt and professional service to brokers, external customers, Funder BDM's and Connective's internal sales team.
• Calling brokers to establish relationship and offer support as needed.
• Working closely with the Connective Lending Manager, Sales & Support and Connective Lending Field team to plan and execute Connective Lending acquisition, growth and retention strategies.
• Representing the Connective Lending White Label brand at Connective & Industry Events.
• Updating and administrating tasks within Dynamics.
The Person
As an exceptional communicator and innovative problem solver, you pride yourself on exceeding your customer's expectations and providing them with solutions to help their business grow and prosper. You enjoy working with others, especially in a consultative and collaborative way, and have the interpersonal and influencing skills to support this.
You will also have:
• Demonstrated experience in a relevant sales/loan administration role (financial services industry preferred).
• Experience in providing customer service and support/processing.
• Experience using a CRM System (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Thorough residential credit knowledge.
• Strong lending knowledge with the capability to interpret products and policies and confidently discuss deals.
• A certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience using a CRM System (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
