About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Dispensary Technician to support our pharmacists and ensure seamless day-to-day operations within our high-performing dispensary.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Operating and quality-checking our Alpaca medication packing robot to ensure precision in DAA management.
  • Assisting with professional services, including bookings, follow-ups, and data entry.
  • Managing stock control, claims, and ordering to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Working collaboratively with pharmacists, GPs, and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Contributing ideas and initiative to help improve systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
  • A skilled Dispensary Technician
  • Strong experience in dispensary operations, ideally including DAA or robotic packing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A confident team player with great communication and initiative.
  • Experience with Z software is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy, evolving pharmacy environment.
