Role Overview

Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with a professional and friendly attitude
• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately
• Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and ready for service
• Assist with guest enquiries and provide excellent customer care
• Work closely with the team to create a smooth dining experience

Requirements:

• Previous waitstaff or hospitality experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Engage with guests at the bar and provide excellent service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory control
• Work with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience essential
• Valid RSA certificate
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
