We are a family-owned boutique bookkeeping and management company located in the lower Blue Mountains, NSW for 27 years, specialising in the management of childcare centres across NSW and the ACT.
With great staff retention, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, permanent part time office-based administrator 23 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday inclusive) to contribute to our Childcare and NDIS divisions.
Are you:
- looking for a role where you will work closely with our Centre management teams and their families ensuring attendance records are accurately maintained, government compliance regulations are adhered to, follow up debtors, address parent queries and support families navigate the care (before and after school, and vacation care) needs for their children?
- keen to ensure the timely and accurate payment of our NDIS participants provider invoices?
- particular about attention to details and do you have at least 12 months' experience in a busy administrative environment, excellent attention to detail and are proficient using Microsoft Office with intermediate skills in Excel?
- someone with great organisational and communication skills who maintains a high level of professionalism, understanding the confidential nature of this role?
Experience with either QikKids, Xplor, Kinderm8, OWNA and/or Smart Central is beneficial but not essential and all training will be provided where needed.
