Who We Are:

Hot Flush Plumbing is a leading plumbing company based in Lithgow, NSW. We specialise in residential and commercial plumbing, from maintenance to large-scale new builds. Known for our exceptional customer service, we fix problems that others can't—or won't Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a part-time position. You'll be assisting our Office Manager, ensuring everything runs efficiently while supporting the Director and tradesmen.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain clear communication with the Office Manager regarding orders and job progress.
  • Be proactive, motivated, and contribute to a positive team environment

  • Data entry and record keeping with strong attention to detail
  • Keep the office tidy with some light office cleaning

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 12 months of office administration experience (experience in a plumbing or trade business is a big plus).
  • Strong skills in Xero, Word, and Excel an advantage but not a must.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strive towards always producing high quality work in an appropriate time frame.
  • Have fun and be proud of what you can achieve in a working day.
  • Experience with FMweb2.0 and BGIS BSafe and Fergus a big advantage.
