The Opportunity
If you're ready to step into a hands-on, true HR generalist role where no two days look the same, this is your chance. As our People & Culture Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for employees across all CV Group businesses, helping over 850 employees thrive.

Based at our modern Hendra head office, you'll work closely with our P&C Manager, Senior Advisor and Specialists on everything from onboarding and contracts to engagement initiatives, HR reporting and people-focused projects that make a real difference.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to contact for day-to-day HR advice and support, escalating where needed
  • Prepare contracts, variations, position descriptions, communications and keep our HRIS up to date
  • Provide guidance on people management and compliance with the NES, Awards and EAs
  • Coordinate engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives
  • Deliver key HR metrics and reporting that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate across the team to drive projects that improve the employee experience

This role is best suited to someone with strong HR Administration skills, who has a passion for delivering exceptional internal client service. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development and a fantastic working environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a high-volume HR or P&C role (exposure to both blue- and white-collar teams is a plus)
  • Good understanding of the NES, Modern Awards and ideally Enterprise Agreements
  • Excellent admin skills with accuracy, attention to detail and a focus on process improvement
  • Strong time-management to juggle competing priorities with ease
  • Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships
  • A HR qualification (or progress toward one) is valued but not essential – we care more about your drive and attitude
