About the Opportunity

Looking to take your estimating career to the next level with a company known for quality, loyalty, and great people? CV Services Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team — based at either our Head Office in Hendra or our Sunshine Coast Office in Maroochydore.

As part of our Estimating team, you'll play a key role in developing competitive, accurate project tenders and identifying opportunities that support business growth. You'll collaborate closely with suppliers, subcontractors and clients, to support business growth across a diverse range of commercial projects.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing detailed estimates and quotations for projects of all sizes
• Coordinating tender documentation and pricing submissions
• Identifying and managing risks and opportunities during bid preparation
• Building strong, ongoing relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Proactively pursuing new business opportunities

What you'll bring

• · Electrical trade background or relevant qualification
• · Proven experience estimating commercial projects (schools, hotels, offices, retail, airports, etc.)
• · Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• · Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software
• · A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team
