We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Coordinator to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team in our Sydney office.

Please note that this is a parental cover until January 2027 and is part-time (4 days a week).

In this role, you'll provide coordination and administrative support across a range of programs, projects, and events, collaborate with stakeholders across time zones, manage updates in our Learning Management System and contribute to our culture of development and innovation.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a global environment and is passionate about learning and development.

What you'll do

  • Provide general coordination and administrative support for global L&D programs.
  • Coordinate programme logistics.
  • Data management and reporting where needed.
  • Ensure process compliance.
  • Manage updates in the Learning Management System (Learning Hub) and respond to general enquiries.
  • Support the Learning and Development team to deliver a variety of events, both virtual and face-to-face.
  • Support on Learning and Development projects.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with stakeholders across time zones, occasionally outside local office hours.

What you'll bring

  • Genuine interest in Learning & Development and adult learning.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong client service skills and professional communication skills.
  • Comfortability working in a global, dispersed team.
  • A proven capacity to work independently, take initiative and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a corporate administration role (desirable).
  • Familiarity with databases, including Learning Management Systems (desirable).
