Learning & Development Coordinator

The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Coordinator to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team in our Sydney office.
Please note that this is a parental cover until January 2027.
In this role, you'll provide coordination and administrative support across a range of programs, projects, and events, collaborate with stakeholders across time zones, manage updates in our Learning Management System and contribute to our culture of development and innovation.
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a global environment and is passionate about learning and development.
What you'll do
Provide general coordination and administrative support for global L&D programs.
Coordinate programme logistics.
Data management and reporting where needed.
Ensure process compliance.
Manage updates in the Learning Management System (Learning Hub) and respond to general enquiries.
Support the Learning and Development team to deliver a variety of events, both virtual and face-to-face.
Support on Learning and Development projects.
Participate in virtual meetings with stakeholders across time zones, occasionally outside local office hours.
What you'll bring
Genuine interest in Learning & Development and adult learning.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong client service skills and professional communication skills.
Comfortability working in a global, dispersed team.
A proven capacity to work independently, take initiative and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a corporate administration role (desirable).
Familiarity with databases, including Learning Management Systems (desirable).
