Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long standing client, a leading entertainment organisation. We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone with Learning Management System (LMS) experience who enjoys coordination and administration work in a structured, compliance-focused environment. Whether you're a parent returning to work or currently studying part-time, this flexible position offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive and professional team.

Role Title: Learning and Development Opportunity

Opportunity: 6 months fixed term position, 3 days per week

Location + WFH Flexibility: Sydney CBD Fringe location - WFH flexibility 1 day

Salary: $90,000 inclusive of super

Client Industry: Entertainment

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process: 1-2 round of interviews

Role Details:

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Learning & Development, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning initiatives and maintaining the integrity of our LMS and associated compliance records.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and the broader team to ensure learning activities run smoothly, systems are maintained accurately, and documentation is up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Learning & Development team
  • Manage and maintain learning records within the LMS
  • Assist with logistics, documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Support governance and compliance activities as required
  • Contribute to process improvements and data accuracy across learning systems

Required Skills and Experiences:

You're highly organised, analytical, and have a keen eye for detail. You take pride in delivering accurate work and thrive in environments where compliance and quality matter.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience working with an LMS (essential)
  • Strong administrative or coordination background (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working with data and documentation
  • Experience in a regulated or large corporate environment (e.g. government, healthcare, or financial services)
  • A proactive and tech-savvy mindset
