About the opportunity
The Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator is an integral member of the Organisational Development (OD) Team, working closely with the broader People team to deliver initiatives designed to uplift capability and leadership across the Steadfast Group and its subsidiaries.
With a business strategy focused on scale and value growth, this role is a master coordinator, bringing together an integrated program of learning and People-focused initiatives. This involves end-to-end program coordination, learning administration, maintaining LMS content, reporting, and facilitation as required.
This role collaborates closely with external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure all people initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with business priorities.
In addition, the Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator also provides executive support to the Chief People Officer, including calendar and travel management, expense reconciliation, and event coordination. This position requires a high degree of trust, maturity, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of OD programs, including leadership development, professional skills and compliance training, mentoring, induction, and onboarding.
- Coordinate logistics for learning sessions, including scheduling, communications, room bookings, invitations, materials preparation, evaluation activities, and post-session follow-ups.
- Maintain training records to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage LMS content, ensuring courses, learning pathways, and materials are up-to-date, accessible, and engaging.
- Assist in creating, uploading, testing, and maintaining LMS content
- Manage the learning inbox and serve as the primary point of contact for all Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) enquiries, ensuring that all queries from are managed promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Executive Assistants across the business to support seamless coordination of learning and executive activities.
- Proactively manage the CPO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and ensuring effective time management across a dynamic agenda.
- Support with the development of learning materials for support internal programs.
- Support the delivery of L&OD sessions by assisting with moderation and providing light-touch facilitation.
Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrates warmth and confidence, with a natural ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A growth mindset and confidence to approach ambiguity and change with enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Experience administering business systems or digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and manage system processes effectively.
- Prior experience in facilitating or supporting with facilitation.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment, always maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
- Commitment to upholding strict confidentiality regarding all matters related to the CPO's office, including access to emails, documents, and business discussions.
- A mature, composed, and proactive approach to supporting senior leaders, with the interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation.
