About us

We are a small, Registered, NDIS Support Coordination business based on the Gold Coast, experiencing growth and focused on positive outcomes. We are a friendly and welcoming space, looking for the next super star to join us to support in this casual to permanent role, offering flexibility and up to full-time hours.

Qualifications & experience

  • Relevant qualifications a must and experience in NDIS Support Coordination preferred.
  • A high level of administrative skills including word processing, Excel and IT software competencies.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Must be able to write communications to an acceptable industry standard.
  • Must be able to speak English well.
  • Proactive and able to think critically.
  • Flexible.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a resilient nature.
  • Relevant financial literacy skills.
  • An open driver's licence and satisfactory record to use a company vehicle.
  • Experience with managing a case-load effectively desired.
  • Highly organised.
  • Able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A good understanding of the disability sector favoured.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Budget reviews
  • In person/face to face and indirect communications, including networking, client facing liaisons, and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams (some travel required)
  • Ensuring satisfactory case notes are captured
  • Report writing
  • Support with NDIS Plan Reviews
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinating supports
  • Managing a case-load
