We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to manage and oversee our company's billing operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing NDIS and Support at Home Service Agreements, claiming and invoicing for services we deliver and managing customer payment issues.

Within our system Shiftcare, you will set up prices, manage price books, and generate invoices for streamlined billing and reporting.

You will be our lead in understanding and interpreting the NDIS Price Guide.

Ideal candidates should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and experience with accounting or invoicing software.

Systems solution focused person to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Quick Response Carers has integrated our accounting system (MYOB) with our Customer Management system (Shiftcare). This integration will allow you to easily and automatically to generate NDIS invoices and payments, reduce claim and invoicing time by up to 90%, and improve accuracy. The system uploads to the NDIS in bulk. ShiftCare always has the latest NDIS pricing. Just be sure to keep the app updated you can be confident you're always billing the right amount. You will take the Lead for helping us to integrate fully integrate its capability for invoicing. Training available.

Responsibilities

a) Prepare and issue invoices to customers

b) Manage customer accounts and resolve any invoicing issues

c) Track and monitor accounts receivable

d) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

e) Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records

f) Collaborate with sales and customer service teams

g) Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner

h) Comply with financial policies and procedures

i) Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and invoicing

j) Use accounting software to create and track invoices

Qualifications

a) Proven experience as an Invoicing Specialist or similar role in accounting.

b) Strong knowledge of billing procedures

c) Experience using accounting software and invoicing systems

d) Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

e) Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

f) Good communication and customer service skills

g) Understanding of basic bookkeeping

Work Environment: This role is office-based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Finance Manager. Colleague of Finance Officer - Payroll.

Salary: Salary is determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Pay Range: $70,000 minimum to $90,000 maximum

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time, Working Mon – Fri.
