Tecside are looking for an experienced **Accounts Payable Officer** for our client who’s within the manufacturing industry. This is a temporary role based in Acacia Ridge for approximately 3 months with the chance of extension. Flexible work hours You have the option of working 4 hours per day 9am - 1pm OR 2 - 3 full days per week.

**Tasks include but not limited to**:

- Data entry of supplier invoices
- Processing supplier invoices
- Documenting and recording of all invoices
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts
- Handling vendor queries
- Answering phone calls

**About you**:

- Experience with accounts such as invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations etc.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Reliable and hard working
- Able to work cooperatively within a team environment
- Experience with Pronto and Excel

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
