We're excited to welcome an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk/Officer to join our family on a fixed term 12 month contract to play a key role in driving the success of our brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About your new career:

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be an important member of the Finance team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Capturing a high volume of expense invoices across multiple group companies
  • Allocating expense invoices to the correct Cost Centre within each group company
  • Responsible for the processing and reconciliation of Credit Cards
  • Preparing Creditors Statement reconciliations where required
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Supplier engagement relating to setting up new accounts and/or resolving statement queries
  • Preparation of weekly payment batches
  • Other duties as required by the Financial Controller or Director

A little about you:

You're a passionate Accounts Payable Clerk/Officer, who enjoys being part of a growing, evolving environment, contributing towards the collective team outcome, yet able to work autonomously to deliver outputs to a high standard.

  • Minimum 1-2 years' recent experience in Accounts Payable and Bank account reconciliations
  • High attention to detail, whilst managing multiple tasks.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification – Accounting, Finance, Business or similar (Desirable but not required)
