Seeking Junior Business Support Officer

Vysarn Limited is a vertically integrated whole of life water infrastructure and services provider. The Vysarn Group of companies has now grown to seven operating entities across Australia.

The Group is continuing to expand and we are seeking someone who is new to their working journey but willing to learn a wide-range of administrative tasks across multiple functions.

About the role

This is a key support role assisting a range of entities within the Vysarn Group with their administrative requirements which include but not limited to training compliance, site inductions, travel bookings and general reception/office tasks. For example:

  • Assist the with the recruitment and on-boarding activities (including booking medicals, arranging and monitoring inductions and training requirements, updating personnel records, preparing uniforms, etc.)
  • Flight and accommodation bookings through multiple client systems;
  • Assist with the mobilisation of the field-crew, including working with clients to ensure their site access requirements are met;
  • On call roster to support the employees working remotely at site locations (must be available to be on call every 3rd weekend);
  • Assist with staff events (in-house and external functions);
  • General reception and office tasks.
