Unique Role Combining IT and Business Support
SN Services are on the look-out for a Unicorn We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and ready to roll up their sleeves. We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team in a role that is as diverse as it is rewarding.
This newly created position will be the backbone of our business operations – with a strong focus on IT systems, data, and troubleshooting, while also contributing to marketing, office management, and fleet coordination.

What makes this role unique:
It's not just IT – you'll play a key role in projects and initiatives across the business, giving you variety, exposure, and opportunities to make a real impact. This is an ideal role for someone who is technically strong but enjoys getting involved in broader business operations.
- Be the first point of contact for IT support – resolving issues, managing devices, and ensuring systems run smoothly.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to present business performance insights.
- Manage IT assets including laptops, phones, and network infrastructure.
- Support website updates and marketing activities, including expos and promotional materials.
- Oversee fleet management – from servicing and repairs to registrations.
- Ensure the office environment is well maintained, resourced, and functional.
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team.

What you need to do:
- Update your resume and cover letter outlining your experience to meet the role requirements.
- Hold a relevant qualification in Information Technology or related field.
- Have demonstrated IT helpdesk/troubleshooting experience in M365 environments
- Strong skills in Power BI and data reporting.
- Be eligible to work in Australia
