At MAAP, we're driving the next wave of performance apparel and global digital retail. As our eCommerce Content & Data Coordinator, you'll ensure every product, campaign and promotion publishes flawlessly across our global sites—precise, clean, on-brand and on time.
THE ROLE
Key responsibilities:
Content Management & Publishing (Prismic CMS)
- Manage and publish digital content for product launches, campaigns and promotions on our website: Home Page, Campaign/Project Landing Pages, Product List Pages, Navigation Content, Editorial Pages, Look Books and Product Recommendations.
- Work with the Marketing and Creative teams to upload and organise media assets, ensuring user experience optimisation.
- Utilise Prismic CMS to structure content updates across landing pages, banners, promotions and product details.
- Support SEO by publishing SEO-optimised copy (as provided) and creating SEO-driven collections for uplift opportunities.
- Conduct QA to verify content displays correctly across devices and platforms; import/validate pricing across Shopify in our 4 regions and 3 markets (INTL, US, EU, UK, SGP, TWD, HKD).
Product Data & Information Management (Shopify & PIM)
- Maintain product data in our PIM system: descriptions, filter/facet attributes, tags, tax codes, sizing, imagery, weights, colour families.
- Update and maintain product listings in Shopify, ensuring correct categorisation and search-optimisation.
- Build/manage Shopify & Nosto collections for PLPs, homepage carousels and campaign launches; prepare for future automation/personalisation.
- Configure PDP content by importing or optimising Prismic components and adding metafields to enrich on-site experience.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure consistency across website content, product feeds and inventory systems; identify and resolve discrepancies in product details, pricing, stock levels.
- Group and manage customer product reviews to ensure accurate aggregation across product variants and styles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing & Creative teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and customer journey objectives.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to gather product information, clarify detail and communicate updates to ensure consistency across channels.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal eCommerce Content & Data Coordinator will have the following skills and qualities:
- 2+ years' experience in eCommerce content management, digital publishing or product data management (retail/fashion/sportswear preferred).
- Technical proficiency in CMS platforms (Prismic or similar), Shopify and PIM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of product data, ensuring accuracy and optimisation for online sales.
- Strong communication skills, able to work across marketing, design and product teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset to maintain content and product data integrity.
Desirable experience includes:
- Experience working in international or multi-market ecommerce.
- Project management capability—able to handle multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines and manage cross-team workflows.
