We are seeking a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team in Braeside. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm).

About the role:

  • Scheduling jobs and managing bookings
  • Customer service – phone and email inquiries
  • Preparing invoices and processing payments
  • General office administration and support

About you:

  • Previous administration experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Committed, loyal, and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, MYOB/Xero advantageous)
