We're seeking multiple Level 1 Service Desk Technicians to join a large-scale ICT environment supporting mission-critical operations. You'll be part of a high-performing service desk team that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to a diverse user base.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues over the phone or via remote tools.
  • Log and manage incidents and service requests accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to cross-functional technical teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless resolutions.
  • Share insights, lessons learned, and process improvements with the wider team.
  • Deliver a proactive, dependable, and customer-centric service experience.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in an IT Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, large-scale ICT environment.
  • Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security Clearance (essential).
  • Willingness to work shift patterns in a 24/7 roster environment (desirable).
