Service Desk Technician

We're seeking multiple Level 1 Service Desk Technicians to join a large-scale ICT environment supporting mission-critical operations. You'll be part of a high-performing service desk team that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to a diverse user base.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues over the phone or via remote tools.
- Log and manage incidents and service requests accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to cross-functional technical teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless resolutions.
- Share insights, lessons learned, and process improvements with the wider team.
- Deliver a proactive, dependable, and customer-centric service experience.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in an IT Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, large-scale ICT environment.
- Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security Clearance (essential).
- Willingness to work shift patterns in a 24/7 roster environment (desirable).
