About the Role

We're looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Technician to join our collaborative team. This is a senior role where you'll handle everything from networking and servers to cloud platforms and cybersecurity. You'll manage complex projects, solve challenging problems, and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves learning, and wants to grow their technical expertise.


What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and implement client projects
  • Deploy cybersecurity measures to keep clients secure
  • Resolve help desk tickets for network, PC, and application issues
  • Build and maintain client environments (cloud, workstations, networks)
  • Attend client sites for technical work
  • Research and implement new technologies

What You'll Bring
  • Strong experience in SMB IT environments
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SMB IT environments is required
  • Expertise in networking, servers, Microsoft stack, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with Office 365 and Azure AD within the Microsoft stack is essential
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms is required
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
