Green Light worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for proactive, enthusiastic, and technically savvy Service Desk Technician supporting Federal Government.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st Level IT Support.
  • Respond to and resolve customer requests, in relation to software, hardware and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient and friendly customer service.
  • Troubleshooting & Investigating IT related issues.
  • Accurately document calls and incidents.
  • Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels.
  • Maintain data accuracy in our contact management system.
  • Deliver a high-level of customer service, which is proactive, cooperative and dependable by analysing user needs and developing rapport with clients.
  • Act as a single point of contact on incidents and problems logged.

Requirements

  • NV1 security clearance is Mandatory
  • Applicants with customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
