Green Light worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for proactive, enthusiastic, and technically savvy Service Desk Technician supporting Federal Government.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Level IT Support.
- Respond to and resolve customer requests, in relation to software, hardware and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient and friendly customer service.
- Troubleshooting & Investigating IT related issues.
- Accurately document calls and incidents.
- Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels.
- Maintain data accuracy in our contact management system.
- Deliver a high-level of customer service, which is proactive, cooperative and dependable by analysing user needs and developing rapport with clients.
- Act as a single point of contact on incidents and problems logged.
Requirements
- NV1 security clearance is Mandatory
- Applicants with customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
