Due to a strong and growing pipeline of projects, we're expanding our team and are now recruiting for multiple on-site roles as Leading Hand/ Site Supervisor.

You'll dive in and take responsibility for overall project planning + scheduling on site, whilst providing technical direction to ensure compliance with quality standards.

What your days will look like:

• Plan, organise and control the program, and quality of the day to day running of each project.
• Undertake daily site visits, ensuring scope is completed and carry out WHS/Quality Checks.
• Manage all site crew (including trades and sub-trades) to ensure they have the resources needed to complete the works.
• Coordinate the timing and delivery of multiple trades across multiple projects.
• Complete status reports on projects, ensuring to provide feedback to Project Managers.
• Ensure that employees have an understanding of the project sites expectations.
• Ensuring a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communication and on-site meetings.
• Some inter-state travel may be required.

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of 3 years working within a commercial construction environment (fitout desired).
• Valid Australian Driver's License.
• Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting.
• OH&S White Card.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Full legal working rights in Australia.
