About the role

C-Mac Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing Leading Hand to join our team in Clermont, QLD. This full-time role is responsible for developing and leading a plumbing division and overseeing the delivery of high-quality plumbing services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead through hands on approach and coordinate work to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
  • Provide services including installation, maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems throughout the domestic, rural and commercial industries.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure their expectations are met
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment to support project delivery
  • Mentor and train junior members when required to develop their skills and expertise
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of plumbing processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Qualified plumber with the motivation to improve and grow with the business.
  • Minimum Certificate III plumbing qualification required.
  • 3-5 years of plumbing experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex plumbing issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Qualified in Gas Fitting (or willing to complete the training required).
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence (or willing to complete the training required).
  • Excavation ticket (or willing to complete the training required).
